Our Strategy Map software and Balanced Scorecard software is recommended by the Balanced Scorecard Institute.
QuickScore is an easy to use, web-based balanced scorecard automation tool that allows an organization to quickly see results from their balanced scorecard investment. It gives you real-time access to the data you need and transforms static performance measurement data into business intelligence.
Perhaps more importantly, however, QuickScore is the only balanced scorecard product specifically designed to automate the Balanced Scorecard Institute's Nine Steps to Success™ scorecard framework. And, because QuickScore is based on the same software engine as Scoreboard, it too is powered by the latest cutting edge web technologies.

Create attractive metric dashboards to display the low-level information you need at a glance. Trend arrows show how each of this manufacturing company's key metrics has changed over time.
You can also create performance dashboards to view the status of your higher-level objectives. To see the underlying metric values, just click on one of the colored bubbles to drill down.
You're not limited to one type of information per dashboard either. This is an example of a dashboard that contains a mixture of metric values and higher-level performance indicators for a physical therapy clinic.
QuickScore fully supports the Balanced Scorecard methodology, including the ability to create full-featured strategy maps. The simple drag, drop, and resize feels a lot like popular presentation software, except that it's all in your web browser.
At its heart, QuickScore is all about metrics. With the metrics report you can quickly see how your metrics are performing as well as other important information like owners, goals, and metric frequency. Clicking on the metric name drills you down to the Overview screen for more detail.
On the Overview screen you can see detailed information about a particular metric or objective. The speedometer and trend graph help visualize performance, and related items link to relevant documents and initiatives.
Also on the Overview screen is notes. Each note is stamped with not only the person making the comment, but also the time the note was created. Replies are darkened and indented to show the conversation.
Just about every screen has a "Send To..." button. From here you can bookmark, print, or email pages you want to share. You can even export to PDF, Word, Excel, or PowerPoint.
Regardless of what you're measuring, QuickScore has the right metric type for the job.
The powerful reporting engine in QuickScore makes it easy to create ad hoc reports, and built-in canned reports offer a great starting point. Adding attractive charts is as easy as choosing from a drop-down list.
The initiatives module helps you get things done. You can use it for anything from simple to-do lists to full blown project management. This example shows tasks that are being tracked to improve red metrics.
The best part is that everything you see here is just a website. There's no software to install or browser plugins required. You wouldn't know that from the way QuickScore feels, though, because drag and drop, right clicking, and innovative navigation are just the beginning.
