Dashboards

A canvas-based dashboard looks a lot like a Microsoft PowerPoint™ slide at first glance. It starts out as a blank canvas and you drag and drop charts, gauges, images, text, and data tables to create a visual representation of your data. The big difference, however, is that once you make a Dashboard, it automatically updates in real-time based on the latest data in the software.

Scorecards

It doesn't matter if you're using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Balanced Scorecards, Metric Tracking, or virtually any other performance management methodology, the Scorecards module has the right tools to get the job done. The software lets your create a wide variety of metrics, and then it rolls up the metric scores to show overall strategic performance.

Action Planner

The Scoreboard Action Planner manages everything in your organization that needs to get done. Auto-generated to-do lists make delegating tasks a snap and allow you to see your action items at a glance. Sophisticated Gantt charts give a bird's eye view of what is going on in your organization today, as well as what you have planned for next month or next year. Tasks and actions can track budget information and burn rates, and can be assigned to one or more individuals or groups.

Document Manager

Share files securely within your organization with Document Manager. In addition to supporting regular uploads and downloads, it also keeps track of different versions of a file, enabling users to track changes over time, or revert to a previous version. When paired with other modules, Document Manager becomes even more powerful, allowing you to associate files with metrics, tasks, and initiatives.
