On-Site

On-site is the way we have traditionally sold and installed our software. It requires you to have your own server and IT staff to manage it, but allows you to keep all of the information on your intranet. It is priced like most performance management software: a onetime license fee up front and then a 20% yearly maintenance fee for upgrades.

Hosted

The hosted option follows the software as a service model. We take care of all server maintenance and software upgrades for you and charge a monthly fee based on license usage.

User Types

There are three types of users in our software. Power users can be given permission to do anything, including building scorecards and dashboards. Communication users can do things like update metric values and add comments. View only users can only view data.
