It excels with complex data calculations and linkages, and is currently being used in production environments with tens of thousands of metrics. You can set up automated data linkages with existing systems, or import data via CSV files or web forms.

It is also incredibly configurable. Its advanced calendaring system allows you to create custom measurement periods so that you're not limited to just monthly or weekly metrics. It supports almost any kind of structure of any depth, making it a natural choice for any performance management methodology. Even its language and vocabulary can be easily changed.

Our IT footprint is very small. Because the software is a 100% web-based application, there's nothing to install on individual client machines. All users need is a modern web browser (Internet Explorer™, Firefox™, or Safari™) and they can connect from anywhere.

Open API

We know that we're not going to be the only software used by your organization, so we built our application from the ground up to play well with others. Common tasks like building scorecard structure, updating metric values, and extracting data have published APIs in both SOAP and REST.

The application can authenticate against LDAP servers like Microsoft Active Directory, and it can be integrated into single sign-on environments like CA SiteMinder.
