Initiative Chart Widgets in 3.2

Another new type of dashboard widget in QuickScore and Scoreboard 3.2 is the initiative chart. This is the same type chart that you see on the Initiatives Overview tab, and it shows how an initiative item is progressing towards its budget and schedule goals.
