As you know by now, the ability to visualize and understand the effect that your initiatives are having on your scorecard items is critical to business performance optimization. This insight enables you to stop investing in under-performing initiatives, and to course-correct by implementing initiatives that will better help you meet your strategic performance goals.
Back in December 2020, we detailed how you can view initiative impact on scorecard items with Spider Impact. In this brief article, we’ll focus on initiative item tags.
You can now add tags to initiative items by editing the item and clicking on the Advanced Options button.
You can then write initiative item reports with row filters based on tags. In this example we’re showing all of the initiatives with the “IT” tag.
You can also include tags as a column in your initiative items reports.
