We have three types of users, and their monthly cost is listed in big, white letters on this page. The simple truth is that enterprise software pricing is rarely this transparent.
Most of our customers choose our Hosted option. We host your software on our secure servers and take care of all server maintenance, data backups, and software upgrades. You pay a monthly fee based on license usage, and you're free to quit at any time.
The there are huge advantages to using software as a service. You can jump right in with no risk and no IT involvement. There's no hardware to buy, software to be approved, or long term contract to sign.
On-site is the traditional approach to software. It requires you to have your own server and IT staff to manage it, but it allows you to keep all of your data on your intranet. It's priced like most performance management software: a one-time license fee up front and then a 20% yearly maintenance fee for upgrades.
When customers choose to host our software on-site, it's often because of internal security restrictions. Military organizations host our software on their classified networks, and some large organizations consider highly aggregated performance data to be a closely guarded trade secret. In these circumstances, on-site hosting is their only option.
On-site pricing varies by number of users. We also offer both facility and enterprise licensing. Please contact us for specific pricing details.
