We're 100% web-based, so there's no software to install or servers to manage. Just use the web browser on your computer or mobile device to access your performance data from anywhere. We take care of all hosting, software updates, and data backups. You run your business.

Of course there are times when you need to host your own data, and we support that too. We even have customers using our software on classified military networks, so we understand when customers are a little protective of their secrets.

Pre-configured for industry best practices.

We have two out-of-the-box configurations to get you up and running quickly. Our default setup is called Scoreboard and it's great for metric tracking and dashboards. If you're using our software for balanced scorecards, however, you'll probably want to go with QuickScore. Scoreboard and Quickscore are both the same great software. The only difference is the default settings that we've chosen to help you with the things you'll most likely be doing.

Free online training.

To get you started, we've created over a dozen videos that teach you how to use our software. They're completely free to view online or to download and watch at your convenience. You don't even have to give us any information.

If you're interested in a more personalized approach, we also have several live training options available at competitive rates. You can take one-on-one sessions with our trainers online. You can schedule a class at our Washington, DC offices. We can even make house calls for multi-day on-site engagements. The sky's the limit.
