We're seeking an exceptional full-stack engineer to join our established team of 14 developers and testers, known for expertise, collaboration, and long-term commitment.
The Role

32-Hour, 4-Day Workweek Highlight
Enjoy a full-time position with only 32 hours of work per week, spread over 4 days. That's a three-day weekend, every weekend, for personal pursuits, family time, or professional development.
The Ideal Candidate
We have high standards for this role. Our ideal candidate will have:
- 10+ years of experience in Java and/or Kotlin
- Proven ability to independently implement complex functionality
- Strong skills in unit testing (e.g., JUnit) and SQL
- A passion for writing simple, maintainable code
- The desire to work in a collaborative, low-stress environment
- The capability to hit the ground running and make immediate contributions
Additional skills in JavaScript and DOM manipulation (VanillaJS, jQuery, D3, or similar) are a plus.
